About quinoaDB

QuinoaDB is a repository for genomic data from quinoa and related species. Data can be downloaded or analyzed in linked tools, including the JBrowse genome browser and BLAST.

Those wishing to suggest new features and/or contribute data to quinoaDB are encourage to contact us.

QuinoaDB also links to the Quinoa Germinate Database which can be used to share and download phenotypic datasets for quinoa.
