QuinoaDB is a specialized repository for genomic data related to quinoa and other Amaranthaceae species. It serves as a centralized resource for researchers, offering tools for accessing, visualizing, and analyzing Chenopodium genomes and associated datasets. Users can download genomes and annotations or analyze them directly on the website using integrated tools, such as genome visualization (JBrowse) and BLAST. The current version of QuinoaDB features assembled and annotated genomes, including C. pallidicaule (A), C. watsonii (A), C. ficifolium (B), C. acuminatum (D), C. pamiricum (E), C. vulvaria (H), C. quinoa (AB), C. berlandieri ssp. nuttaliae (AB), C. sosnowskyi (AG), C. strictum (CD), C. opulifolium (BCF), C. formosanum (BCD) and the related species Dysphania ambrosioides and Amaranthus hypochondriacus. Additional details about each genome and its annotations can be found in the README file in the download section of the website.
